Financial Obligations

Payment Terms and Due Dates

We kindly ask that all event fees be paid in full upon arrival. If you are admitted from the waitlist within seven (7) days of your arrival, a deposit of twenty percent (20%) of the total will be due at departure. The remaining balance may be paid within thirty (30) days of pick-up in order to stay in good standing.

Nonpayment

We understand that life happens, but please note that unpaid balances may prevent participation in future Hope’s Haven events until payment is received in full. Please note that a late fee of ten percent (10%) of the remaining balance will be added for each week the payment is overdue.
