Despite Hope's challenges, she was always a part of our activities and community. She was the best cheerleader and supporter on the baseball fields, on a pool deck or in the stands. She had many fans herself and was the “team hugger” and honorary team member on quite a few baseball and swim teams.
If she had time off from her team duties or responsibilities at school, you could find her playing outside, encouraging everyone to seize the moment, love those around them, and maybe having an impromptu dance party. She was always ready for a marshmallow or piece of chocolate and loved to dress up.
In August of 2019, Hope unexpectedly passed away leaving a hole in our hearts. May Hope's spirit of love and community live on within Hope's Haven. Learn more about Hope's legacy in the community and our lives by visiting Hope Included.
